    Weeks 1-2: Foundations

    Three (3) 1:1 sessions with one of our coaches. We will cover the basics of CrossFit and nutrition, the foundational movements, and screen your movements to determine if there are any significant restrictions which need to be addressed. This is REQUIRED for anyone without at least 3 months of CrossFit experience, unless otherwise approved by a coach.

  • Weeks 2-3: Get Into the Groove

    Weeks 2-3: Get Into the Groove

    Once you have completed your Foundations, enjoy a free week on us. Start attending classes that work for your schedule. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.

  • Weeks 3-4: Be Ready to Sweat

    Weeks 3-4: Be Ready to Sweat

    Congrats on making some new friends! Take in the White Tail community and see how it feels. If you surround yourself with others who have achieved your goals, you are more likely to succeed.

    You might be feeling a little sore at this point, but that’s a good thing. Your body is adapting to your new level of fitness. Just one month of consistent effort and you’ll start seeing results.

    Week 8: A Happier, Healthier You

    After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could. You are stronger, faster, and braver than you were before. Time to celebrate your new lifestyle of reaching milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving PRs (personal records), and so much more!
